Togo
The expedition yacht
Welcome aboard Togo
Togo is a 102ft /31m motor yacht, custom built in 1965 by the legendary Dunston Shipyard and last refitted in 2018.
Originally built as a North Sea trawler, she was converted into a Lloyd’s safety vessel in the 1980s, than into a yacht with an extensive refit in 2012, and finally upgraded to an expedition yacht in 2018.
Argus, the icebreaker, is named after the giant in Greek mythology. The ship is a maneuverable, robust and reliable icebreaker modified to make passengers’ stay on board as comfortable as possible.
Argus is the perfect vessel to go into the narrow icefjords of Greenland, sail past icebergs and power through the ice.
Here on this page, you can discover what is onboard and the activities operated from the ship.
Argus can be chartered with a crew for private tours or expeditions.
